Won't it be tedious for me to review all of my child's messages?

No. It is actually quite easy. Young children tend to have a limited set of people with whom they correspond, such as friends from school and certain relatives. Unknown senders are most likely to be SPAMMERS. Once you accept a message, its sender is recorded. Future messages from a known sender are prioritized for your review and approval. The remaining messages are presented to you as a list. The occasional new sender's message is easily discerned. You will be impressed with the effectiveness and ease of this solution.
